What is included in my registration fee? Your registration covers your participation in all symposium events, meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and receptions (Sunday cocktail and hors d'oeuvres reception. Monday cocktail social hour) from Sunday afternoon June 23, through the farm tour on the afternoon of Tuesday June 25.

How late may I register? We encourage you to register no later than May 20. We will accept registrations up to two weeks prior to the event if there is space available.

What is the conference hotel? The Edgewater Hotel www.theedgewater.com

Does the hotel provide airport transportation? Yes, transportation is available to and from the Dane County Airport. There is also a shuttle to some locations around town. 

Is there parking at The Edgewater? Valet and self-parking are available on-site for a fee - $3/hour or $24 overnight for self-parking. 

What is the suggested attire? We suggest business casual attire, or whatever makes you most comfortable. Bring a jacket or sweater because evenings and the conference hall may be cool.

Can my kids attend? If you have children 12-years-old or older who are interested in the agricultural conservation topics we will be discussing, they are welcome to join us! Please register them as you would other family members.

Can my family stay at The Edgewater while I attend the symposium? Absolutely. They may enjoy the hotel and surrounding area while you attend the symposium and related events. If your family members, including children, intend to participate in the symposium and/or any meals and related events, please register them as attendees.
