All complaints of sexual/workplace harassment, discrimination and intimidation will be throughly and promptly investigated by the Foundation and their HR partner. Complaints will be treated as confidential to the fullest extent possible.
If an investigation confirms that a violation of this policy has occurred, the Foundation will take immediate action, up to and including termination of employment.
The Foundation forbids retaliation against anyone for reporting harassment or for cooperating in the investigation of a harassment complaint, and any such retaliation violates this policy. Complaints or concerns of retaliation should be reported in the same manner as harassment complaints. Any questions about this policy can be directed to a supervisor or a member of the Foundation's HR partner.
