You must complete a registration for each person attending the symposium and symposium-related events.
Remember to enter your promo code at the beginning of the registration process, then click "apply" to get your discount. If you are a Leopold Conservation Award recipient, up to two members of your family or organization may redeem your promo code for a discounted registration.

Using your promo code: If you have been provided a promo code for discounted registration, enter it in the promo code box at the beginning of the registration process.
What is included: Your registration covers your participation in all symposium events, meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and receptions (Sunday cocktail and hors d'oeuvres reception. Monday cocktail social hour) from Sunday afternoon June 23, through the farm tour on the afternoon of Tuesday June 25.

Registration deadline: We encourage you to register by May 20. We will accept registrations up to two weeks prior to the event if there is space available.
Conference hotel: The Edgewater Hotel www.theedgewater.com
Discounted rooms: See above for your link to discounted rooms as part of our Sand County Foundation Symposium room block.
Airport transportation: The Edgewater provides transportation to and from the Dane County Regional Airport. There is also a shuttle to some locations around town.
Hotel parking: Valet and self-parking are available on-site at the Edgewater for a fee - $3/hour or $24 overnight for self-parking.
Attire: We suggest business casual attire, or whatever makes you most comfortable. Bring a jacket or sweater because Wisconsin evenings and the conference hall may be cool.
Family/Children participation: While you attend the symposium, your kids may enjoy the hotel and surrounding area with adult supervision. If your family members, including children, intend to participate in symposium meals and related events, please register them as attendees.
